Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for All Programs

Should a student be terminated or cancels for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

  1. Cancellation notice must be made in person, in writing, or by certified mail.
  2. All monies will be refunded if school does not accept the application or if the student cancels within five (5) business days after signing the enrollment agreement.
  3. Cancellation after the fifth (5th) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, except the registration fee, admission pack, and any applicable service fees.
  4. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to completion of 50% of the program will result in a Pro Rata refund computed on the percentage of the total program completed minus any applicable fees.
  5. Cancellation after completing 50.01% of the program will result in no refund.
  6. Termination Date. The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of in-class interaction by the student unless written notice is received with termination/withdrawal date.
  7. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of Cancellation Notice.
  8. A student may be dismissed at the discretion of the director for insufficient progress, non-payment of fees, or failure to comply with rules.
